RETURN

We sincerely hope that you like and enjoy what you ordered from Karma by Marcia Arocha. In the case, that you are not fully satisfied, the Karma team would love to assist you in returning your ítem.

Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. Exchanges may not be available as there are limited quatities of all ítems.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.

Please note:

  • All Bodysuits are final sale, due to the condition of the ítem.

  • All Accesories are final sale, and can not be exhanged or refundable.

  • “SALE” items will not be accepted for return/exchange.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN BY MAIL?

Before mailing the item you wish to return, please email us to info@estilokarma.com and we will send you a Return Merchandise Form. PLease attached the form and the original receipt in the package. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

  1. Complete the Return Merchandise Form

  2. Repack Merchandise Package the merchandise in its original container, only if available. Enclose the completed Return Form and original receipt or packing slip. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Your credit will be processed and it should be reflected on your next credit card statement.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, Karma by Marcia Arocha, does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. Please take into consideration that most of our items are one of kind pieces, carefully made for our customer. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2 – 3 business days after placing your order for processing. The Karma team will contact you with a follow-up email.

If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
